My Project GTI

Well, I have actually jumped back in the past. For those that don't know, I had a GTI just like this for my very first car. I was given clearance from the tower to find one and restore it for a daily driver. I found one in pretty good shape, although you may disagree once you have seen the pictures. I plan to keep track of my project through here. Feel free to comment as I go. Here is a picture of the original in the background.
